Ambassador: Aida Anderson

Aida Anderson Aida Anderson has a passion for helping homeless families become independent and self-sufficient. She says Matthew 25: 35–36, expresses her convictions: “For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink; I was a stranger and you invited me in; I needed clothes and you clothed me; I was sick and you looked after me; I was in prison and you came to visit me.”

Since 2011, Aida has served on the board of trustees for Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) of Essex County, helping the organization achieve its mission to help families find permanent housing while addressing the issues that led to their homelessness.

Professionally, Aida has been a medical billing manager at Generations Counseling and Care Management for over 10 years. A New Jersey native, Aida attended First School of Secretarial and Paralegal Studies and William Paterson University.

Aida attends St. Paul Baptist Church in Montclair, where she is a member of the Women’s Ministry. She is married to Minister David Anderson, has two children and lives in Bloomfield with her family.
